Doge is situated in San Bortolo, a quiet green area, close to the
historical centre of Vicenza, which is only 10 minutes walking distance.
The area is well served by public transport and there are also some
very good restaurants nearby, where to enjoy the typical venetian
food. In the neighbourhood there is the main town Hospital and the
“Carabinieri” Officers School. Only few miles away,
there is the Police School, Park Querini and Vicenza’s main
artistic attractions like the Olympic Theatre, the palladian Basilica
and many more. It takes only 10 minutes driving from the Hotel,
to reach the Fair, the “Centro Orafo” and all three
motorway exits (Vicenza Est, Vicenza Ovest and Vicenza Nord). |
